Seb started his catering career at the Michelin starred Simpsons in Kenilworth. After a spell as assistant manager at Oscars French Bistro in Royal Leamington Spa he joined the Royal Air Force as an Administrative Officer. Seb's duties in the RAF were wide ranging and included work as an acting catering officer at a main operating base in Lincolnshire. He was responsible for catering and hospitality on the unit and in particular oversight of the Junior Rank's and Officers' Mess. Following a short service commission in the RAF, Seb decided to transfer his skills in to the area of Event Management before returning to front line catering to head up the front of house operation at 'Tailors Restaurant'. His aim is to develop the service in the restaurant and allow guests to enjoy an exceptional dining experience in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. He has offered advice and guidance in selecting a wine list to complement the food and through his professionalism and knowledge of etiquette is sure to provide a unique dining experience for guests visiting 'Tailors'.
