'Eggs benedict'
Poached egg yolk with hollondaise sauce, crispy parma ham
and toasted muffins

'Duck'
Duck faggot with braised red cabbage, smoked pineapple
compote and a coconut foam

'Skate'
Skate terrine with deep fried mayonnaise and garlic crisps

'Chicken'
Free range chicken and tarragon ballotine, wild mushrooms,
roasted chervil root and a spinach sausage

'Cheese'
Pliable blue cheese with pear puree and salted honey walnuts

'Tailor made raspberry trifle'
